ფარმაკოლოგიური მოქმედება

ვენოსმილი არის ფლებოტონური წამალი, რომელიც ააქტიურებს უკუნაკადურ ცირკულაციას. ვენოსმილის შემადგენლობაში აქტიური ნივთიერების სახით სედის ჰიდროსმინი, რომელიც სინთეზირებულია ექსკლუზიურად „FAES FARMA S.A.”-ის მიერ.  დამტკიცებულია, რომ იგი ხელს უწყობს კაპილარის კედლის მდგრადობას და დადებითად მოქმედებს ვენურ ჰემოდინამიკაზე. ვენოსმილი ეწინააღმდეგება უკუნაკადურ სისხლძარღვოვან  შეგუბებას და ამცირებს კაპილარული კედლის მომატებული განვლადობით გამოწვეული ჰემორაგიის რისკს.

Indications:

• Local treatment of manifestations of venous insufficiency.

Contraindications:

• Increased hypersensitivity to the constituent components.

Pregnancy and lactation
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
There are no clinical data available with Venosmil regarding the use of hydrosmin in pregnant women. As a precautionary measure, the use of Venosmil is not recommended during pregnancy, unless at the discretion of the doctor, the potential benefits of its administration are considered to outweigh the possible risks.

There are no clinical data regarding the use of hydrosmin in breast-feeding women. It is unknown whether hydrosmin is excreted in breast milk, so its use during breastfeeding is not recommended.

Using Venosmil gel with other medicines

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

There are no known interactions with food or other medications, in any case you should never use another medication on your own initiative without having been recommended by your doctor.

Do not apply simultaneously to the same area as other medications for skin use.

Possible adverse effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
During the period of use of Venosmil gel, some adverse effects have occurred, the frequency of which could not be determined exactly:

• Hypersensitivity (allergic) reactions to hydrosmin or any of the excipients.
• Rash and itching on the skin in the application area.

These reactions disappear when treatment is stopped.

How to use Venosmil gel

Adults
The recommended dose is: 3 -4 centimeters of gel 2 or 3 times a day if necessary.
Instructions for the correct administration of the preparation
Exclusively cutaneous use on intact skin
1. Unscrew the cap of the tube and with the back of the cap drill the metal mouth sufficiently.
2. Spread approximately 3-4 cm of gel on the affected area, as needed, 2 or 3 times a day, performing a small massage to promote the absorption of the product.
Hands should be washed after each application to avoid inadvertent contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
If it worsens, does not improve or irritation occurs in the treated area, you should consult a doctor.
Children and adolescents
It should not be used in children and adolescents unless directed by your doctor.
If you use more Venosmil gel than you should :
To date, no poisoning has been reported with this medication, not even in cases of accidental overdose.
In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, immediately consult your doctor or pharmacist or go to a medical center, or call the Toxicological Information Service, telephone 91 562 04 20, indicating the medication and the amount ingested.

If you forget to use Venosmil gel
Do not give a double dose to make up for missed doses. Apply it as soon as you remember and continue with the usual regimen.

Venosmil gel in an aluminum tube 60 g.

Other release forms: Venosmil 200 mg capsules #60.

Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.

Store below 300C.

Shelf life:
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
