ჰიდროსმინის ერთჯერადი პერორალური მიღების შემდეგ ჯანმრთელი მოხალისეების მიერ აღინიშნა, რომ პრეპარატის პლაზმური კონცენტრაციების მრუდს დროსთან შედარებით აქვს ბიფაზური ხასიათი. საწყისი პიკი აღინიშნება მიღებიდან 15 წუთის შემდეგ და ამის შემდეგ იწყებს ნელა დაქვეითებას. მიღებიდან ოთხი საათის შემდეგ აღინიშნება დონეების ახალი მომატება, სტაბილიზაცია მიიღწევა მიღებიდან 5-8 საათებს შორის. ამის შემდეგ პლაზმური დონეები დაქვეითდა და 24 საათის შემდეგ პრაქტიკულად არ იყო აღმოჩენილი. ჰიდროსმინი გამოიყოფა ძალიან სწრაფად, დოზის 90% გამოიყოფა 48 საათის განმავლობაში. გამოყოფის ძირითადი გზაა განავლით (ამ გზით გამოიყოფა მიღებული დოზის დაახლოებით 80%), შარდით გამოიოყოფა მხოლოდ16-18%.

ფარმაკოდინამიკა

ვენოსმინის აქტიური ნივთიერებაა ჰიდროსმინი, რომელიც თავისი ქიმიური სტრუქტურით განეკუთვნება ფლავონოიდების ჯგუფს. ეს არის სტანდარტული ნარევი, რომელიც შედგება 5 და 3’-მონო-O-(β-ჰიდროქსიეთილ)-დიოსმინისგან და 5,3’-დი- O-(β-ჰიდროქსიეთილ)-დიოსმინისგან.

ჰიდროსმინის მოქმედების მექანიზმი სრულად არ არის შესწავლილი, მაგრამ შეიძლება ის დავუკავშიროთ კატექოლამინების დეგრადაციის ინჰიბირებას. განსაკუთრებით კატექოლ- O – მეთილტრანსფერაზის ინჰიბირების საშუალებით.

მოქმედების მექანიზმის გაურკვევლობის მიუცედავად, შეიძლება გამოიყოს ჰიდროსმინის ოთხი ძირითადი ფარმაკოლოგიური მოქმედება:

ა) მოქმედება განვლადობაზე (აქვეითებს კაპილარების განვლადობას, რომელიც გამოწვეულია სხვადასხვა ნივთიერებებით, როგორიცაა ჰისტამინი, ბრადიკინინი და სხვ.) და კაპილარების სიმყიფეზე (აქვეითებს კაპილარების სიმყიფეს, რომელიც გამოწვეულია არასწრორი კვებით),

ბ) აუმჯობესებს ერითროციტების ჰემორეოლოგიურ თვისებებს (ზრდის ერითროციტების დეფორმირების უნარს და აქვეითებს სისხლის სიბლანტეს),

გ) მოქმედება ვენომოტორულ ტონუსზე (იწვევს ვენის კედლის მუსკულატურის ეტაპობრივ და მუდმივ შეკუმშვას),

დ) ქმნის შესაბამის პირობებს ლიმფის ცირკულაციის გაუმჯობესებისათვის. ჰიდროსმინი იწვევს ლიმფური სადინარების დილატაციას და ლიმფის გამტარობის სიჩქარის გაზრდას, და ამგვარად აუმჯობესებს ლიმფის დინებას.

ვენოსმილი აუმჯობესებს ვენური პერიფერიული უკმარისობის კლინიკურ სიმპტომებს (ტკივილი, სიმძიმის შეგრძნება, შეშუპება და ა.შ.), რაც დადასტურებულად განსხვავდება პლაცებოსაგან.

ამ პრეპარატის აქტიური ნივთიერება უეჭველად ახდენს არსებით ზემოქმედებას ვენური სტაზის შედეგებზე, რომელიც გამოწვეულია ქვემო კიდურების სისხლძარღვების ვარიკოზული დილატაციით.

Indications:

• Alleviation of symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency (swelling and pain, feeling of heaviness in the lower limbs).
• Symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids in the exacerbation phase.

Contraindications:

• Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug
• Thyroid gland diseases
• Age of children and adolescents up to 18 years

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Tell your doctor if you think you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Check with your doctor before taking this medicine. Although there are no signs of teratogenicity (fetal malformations) in animal studies, no further studies have been performed in pregnancy and lactation.
Venosil is not recommended during pregnancy, especially until the third month of pregnancy, unless the benefit outweighs the risk.

Driving and using machines
No studies on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines have been performed. Hydrochlorin is unlikely to have an effect on your ability to drive or use machines.

 POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

This drug is usually well tolerated.
The most commonly observed side effects are either from the digestive tract (stomach pain, nausea or skin) (rash, pruritus) or nervous system (nausea, headache)

Method of use and doses

• The drug is taken during meals, followed by water.
• Adults – 1 capsule (200) three times a day (every 8 hours). Duration of the treatment course – 3 months.
• In case of exacerbation of hemorrhoids, 2 capsules (400 mg) are prescribed three times a day (every 8 hours). Duration of the treatment course – 3-4 weeks.
• Improvement can be observed in the second, third week of treatment.
• Recurrence of symptoms of the disease depends on the severity of the disease. Long-term use of the drug for 1-2 years with treatment intervals of 1-2 months every 3 months can be recommended for patients with chronic venous insufficiency or post-thrombotic syndrome.

Overdose

Due to the good tolerance of Venosmil, the possibility of intoxication is practically excluded, even in case of accidental overdose.

Release form and packaging

10 capsules are placed in a contour cell aluminum-aluminum foil package.

6 contour packages with instructions for medical use in national and Russian languages are placed in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions:

Stored at a temperature of no more than 300C
